Bio

Akeem is a full-time movement coach residing in Vancouver. He fell in love with unlocking the body and maximizing its potential through intentional movement after his numerous injuries from playing basketball eventually left him sidelined. Akeem is also passionate about nutrition and loves cooking and experimenting with different herbs to help optimize the body.

Day01


Rest Day

Day02 & Day 05


1-3 x 3 sets. Finish with 4 x 2 sets or more!
Bear crawl x 5 steps to bear-crab roll to crab walk x 5 steps crab-bear roll. Repeat for 30-45 seconds.
Monkey crawl x 2 to cartwheel x 2 to monkey x 2 then switch directions. Repeat for 30-45 seconds.
Shoulder roll to frog hop x 4. Repeat bear crawl and 4 frog hops being sure to switch shoulders on roll. Repeat for 30-45 seconds.
Free flow for 45 seconds! Do whatever combination comes to mind, even if it's something new! Time to fully express.

Day04 & Day07


1-3 x 3 sets. Finish with 4 x 2 sets or more!
Frog hop x 4 to bear crawl x 4 to gorilla x 4 back to frog. Repeat for 45 seconds.
Corkscrew to monkey x 2 to cartwheel to pistol squat back to corkscrew. Repeat x 45 seconds, switching sides overtime
Scorpion to crab walk x 5 crab-bear roll to bear crawl x 5 to scorpion back to crab walk. Repeat for 45 seconds.
Free flow for 45 seconds! Do whatever combination comes to mind, even if it's something new! Time to fully express.

Joint Prep
Shoulder Swimmers x 5 each side
Active knee rotations x 3 each side
Active wrist rotations x 5 directions
