My product is defective, how do I replace it?
We work hard with our manufacturer to follow the most stringent Quality Control procedures.
Unfortunately, nobody is perfect! If there is an issue with the DVD set that you have just received,
please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we would be happy to replace the set.
