The Yoga Foundations program has been on our heart for years. We created it as a direct response to what we’ve always heard from you: “I know I should stretch and I want to do yoga, but … I don’t know where to start, I don’t have time, I don’t have a yoga body, I’m intimidated by studio classes, I can’t sit on the floor,” and so on. This program is designed to address those barriers in 14-days. It is a highly considered plan that won’t waste any of your time and will bring real change. When creating it, our biggest concern was that students would love using it. We made it as easy as possible to integrate into your daily life, starting with only 5-minutes and working up to 20-minutes, and we filmed it in the signature, highly inspiring style of the Namaste Yoga Legacy Collection.
